Which warehouse — Shchaslyve or Bilohorodka — are vacancies open at?
Both. Main volume of vacancies is at Shchaslyve facility (Boryspil district, 2,700 m²) — most operations are concentrated there. Additionally hiring for Bilohorodka site (Bucha district, 1,000 m²). At the interview you choose the warehouse more convenient by location.
How does military reservation (бронювання) work?
MTP Group is a critical-infrastructure logistics enterprise (e-commerce supply chain, rear-area support). Through the Ministry of Defense + Ministry of Economy we hold an official quota for reserving draft-age employees in core positions. Reservation is processed officially after successful completion of the 14-day probation period. Our HR walks you through the paperwork. This is a real advantage of working with us, especially for draft-age men. Details on which positions qualify — at the interview.
What does the housing for relocating workers look like?
Rented apartments (not dormitories!) near the warehouses — in Shchaslyve (for main warehouse staff) or Bilohorodka (for western site). Standard — own room per person in a multi-bedroom apartment with bathroom and kitchen. First month — company covers 100% (including utilities). From month 2 — company covers 50%, employee 50% (utilities split same way). Detailed terms — individual at the interview.
What are the shift schedules and hours?
Two base options — both flexible: 5/2 — 5 work days / 2 days off. NOT necessarily Saturday-Sunday — we can arrange other 2 days (e.g. you work Thu-Mon, off Tue-Wed). Shift 8:00-18:00 (8 work hours + 1-hour lunch break + smoke breaks between operations). 2/2 — 2 work / 2 off, shift 8:00-18:30 (10 hours with lunch break). No night shifts. Extra shifts above plan — separately paid, by your agreement.
Do you hire students and part-time workers?
Yes. For picker and receiver positions we hire students and part-time workers — we fit the schedule around your classes or main job. Daily payment after each shift — works for those who want "worked today, paid today". Minimum 4 hours per shift. Apply via the same form at the top — mention "part-time" in the comment.
What about lunch, coffee, breaks?
Lunch break is included in the schedule (30-60 min depending on shift type). Coffee, tea, drinking water — always available on-site, free. Equipped kitchen with microwave and fridge — you can bring your own lunch, there's a place to heat it and to eat. Shops and cafes nearby. Break room for short pauses between operations.
How to get to Shchaslyve and Bilohorodka?
Shchaslyve — 7 km from Kyiv, nearest railway station "im. H. Kirpy" (5 km from the warehouse). Route from Kyiv — by electric train or buses/marshrutkas in the Boryspil direction. We'll work out the most convenient route for you at the interview. Bilohorodka — 22 km west of Kyiv center (Bucha district). Nearest railway stop is Tarasivka (8 km). More convenient from western Kyiv exits, along the Zhytomyr highway. Exact routes coordinated based on your departure point.
Safety during wartime — how do you operate under shelling?
Both facilities 35-45 km from Kyiv center — outside primary missile impact zones. 3 diesel generators + Starlink — we operate through any blackout. Reinforced perimeter, fire suppression, safe shelter on premises. Zero operational downtime since February 2022. Salary guaranteed regardless of strikes or power cuts.
Is employment official?
Yes — by your choice we register officially. Can work via FOP (sole proprietorship) contract, or hire through our LLC (TOV) into trudova knyzhka. Official employment provides social package (sick leave, vacation, pension), and is also the basis for military reservation.
What if I fail the trial period?
14-day probation paid in full (not as trainee). If we don't click — we part ways without conflict. Honest conversation on day 7. Reservation, housing and full social package start after successful completion of probation.
How does the productivity bonus work?
Each position has a productivity target. Anything above target — bonus depending on the role. Top performers add 10,000-15,000 UAH monthly to base salary. Specific bonus rates discussed at the interview for your position.
